I am a GIS practitioner with fifteen years of experience working with geospatial data and technologies for local, state, and national government agencies. Although I still open an IDE and desktop GIS software on occasion, I now spend most of my time defining, implementing, and coordinating governance and technology within an enterprise GIS environment.
